Toriel used to be the guardian of the ruins until the 6th human was killed, Toriel just couldn't afford to lose another child.
She thought that the best she could do was to kill Asgore because she thinks he deserved to be killed, especially since he never showed mercy to those humans that fell.
After she killed Asgore she felt slightly bad, but Toriel could never regret it. She took the place of Asgore and ruled the underground, and created a new policy.

Appearance[]
Toriel has a white-furred head and resembles Nubian Goat. She wears a crown on her head with a pink gem. She also wears a purple robe with a golden Delta Rune sign on her chest. And she has a pink cape that also has a pink gem.

Sans[]
Toriel and Sans still like making puns and jokes like usual. Now, she hired him as guardian of the humans who will fall down.
Papyrus[]
One day, Toriel met Papyrus and she thought he was just as great as his own brother, Sans. She claimed him as a Vice guardian.
Undyne[]
Toriel believes Undyne is loyal and kind and thinks she can save the human and protect them. Undyne is still a Royal guardsman and fights when necessary.
Alphys[]
When Toriel met Alphys, she thinks Alphys is a smart and intelligent scientist. She is Toriel's great Royal Scientist.
Main Story[]
A Few years before the last human (Frisk) fell down, Toriel believed the only way to stop Asgore was to kill before he'd become a god. She successfully got rid of him. She felt almost bad for herself but was only glad she finally put a stop to this bloodshed. Now that the king is gone, Toriel will be ruling that underground. And now that she is the queen she has come up with a new policy. All humans that fall must be treated as friends.
